Raxx is an automation platform. You define your trading structure — entry rules, position sizing, exit conditions — and Raxx enforces it automatically through your connected broker. Raxx does not propose strategies or predict outcomes.
No. Raxx enforces the structure you defined using your own input and your own historical data. The platform does not make recommendations, score trades, or suggest what you should do next.
The Founders tier is available to early members who joined during the launch period. See the pricing page for current details.
Raxx supports connection to select brokers through the account settings page. You choose the broker; Raxx handles the automation layer on top of your existing account.
Raxx does not store your broker credentials. Authorization is handled through your broker's own OAuth or API-key flow. Your trading data is used only to run the rules you set up.
Sessions time out after a period of inactivity as a security measure. Log back in to resume. If you are experiencing repeated logouts that you did not trigger, contact support.
Yes. Raxx can run a backtest against historical market data using the structure you defined. The backtest shows what would have happened during the selected period — a retrospective view of your rules applied to past data, not a projection.
You can manage your subscription from the account settings page. Pausing or cancelling stops Raxx from placing new orders; existing open positions at your connected broker are not affected by your Raxx account status.
