  1. Send the Matthew Crosby reply (operator action) - Gmail Drafts → draft id r290591740148837130 (search: Re: RAXX Trademark — search + filing status check) - Replace placeholder <REPLACE WITH KRISTERPHER'S PERSONAL RESIDENCE ADDRESS BEFORE SENDING> with your home address - Send. Matthew's reply unblocks: trademark filing path decision (option a vs b), Privacy Policy Finding 5 (same address)

  2. Privacy Policy Finding 7 — create privacy@raxx.app alias (operator action, ~5 min) - Google Workspace admin → Groups → Create privacy@raxx.app → add kris@moosequest.net as member - Then comment on #2847 "Finding 7 done" - Unblocks scope-shrink of #2847 to just attorney-side Findings 1-3

  3. Queue prod-deploy gates (operator action, ~5 min — #2443) - GitHub → Settings → Environments → production → add required reviewer (yourself) - Infisical → Project: queue → Service Tokens → verify queue-prod-deploy reads from /queue/prod - Comment "gates done" on the issue when both finished

  4. QA MISS 2 on #3190 — file portfolio-view-IC-grouping as a card (PM dispatch) - AC bullet #5 from #3178 was not addressed: "Portfolio view shows IC as one position entry, not 4 leg rows" - Needs a fresh atomic card in the area:antlers + area:backend-v2 areas, sized:s, with acceptance criteria - Operator authorization needed before filing (per fix-don't-file)

  5. IC builder small-polish PR (feature-developer, ~20 min) - Bundles 3 low-severity cleanups so we don't paper-cut #3178 forever:

    • QA MISS 3: IronCondorBuilder.tsx:12 docstring says GET, actual is POST
    • QA MISS 4: IronCondorBuilder.tsx:538 "(paper account)" → "(practice mode)" per feedback_no_backend_branding
    • POLISH 2: ic-builder.css:276 raw rgba(255,255,255,0.03) → CE token so light theme renders the divider
