Scope Notes
Google Workspace is used by Raxx for: - Operator email (human-to-human): kris@moosequest.net - Attorney/CPA correspondence - Google Drive storage (including the legal/DPAs/ folder for signed DPA PDFs)
Google Workspace is NOT used for: - Customer-facing email (outbound customer email uses Postmark) - Inbound support tickets (those route via Postmark → FreeScout)
Raxx customer personal data does not transit Google Workspace. The Google Workspace DPA is
noted here for completeness — it governs operator use of Google services, not customer data.
The customer-facing email processor is Postmark (see postmark-dpa-acknowledgement.md).

To review the Google Workspace DPA acceptance for the Workspace account:
1. Log in to Google Admin Console at https://admin.google.com/
2. Navigate to Account → Legal → Privacy & Security or check
https://workspace.google.com/terms/dpa_terms.html for the current DPA terms.
No action is required. This document is informational.
