Dima,

Good to connect last week. I wanted to follow through on the conversation quickly and get the formal brief into your hands while the context is still warm.

Here is what I am attaching:

  1. Brand brief — one page on who Raxx is, what the brand needs to do, and where the internal groundwork sits. This is the fast read. It will tell you whether the brief resonates with the kind of work you want to take on.

  2. Scope and RFP — the full deliverables list, timeline milestones, approval gate sequence, and instructions for how to respond with your proposed fee and engagement structure. This is the document that would anchor a contract if we decide to move forward.

The short version of what Raxx needs: a complete brand identity system built on foundations that already exist internally — a locked color palette, type choices, three wordmark concept directions, and a mascot character spec (Bandz, a raccoon). What we do not have is a studio that can take those inputs and build them into something durable enough to hand to engineers, social, and the marketing site on day one of public launch.

Based on your work on Sandhill and Caplena, and what you described on our call about your sprint model, heartbeat looks like it could be the right fit. I want to understand your read on the scope and whether the brief aligns with the kind of project your studio does its best work on.
